My stay at the Quality Inn and Suites had its ups and downs. The rooms were not up to standard with water in the bath cup not flowing away and some cleanliness issues, including a smell of urine and cigarettes. However, the staff was accommodating despite some communication issues among them.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not as clean as I expected after one night filled with pizza and donuts, but the location was convenient, near places to eat and the pharmacy. The service was a mixed bag, with some helpful and pleasant interactions, while others were quite rude. The dining experience left much to be desired, with poor conditions in the bathroom. Despite these shortcomings, the hand lotion provided was a nice touch in the bathroom.

Additionally, there was a noticeable smell of weed in the hallway and room, which was unpleasant. On the bright side, the hotel staff was friendly and courteous.
